  • David Litvinov

    David Litvinov, President

    David is the co-founder and President of SkyDome Construction, bringing over 15 years of experience as a developer and general contractor with a proven track record in the construction industry. He holds a BS from the University of Illinois, an MBA from the University of Southern California and a Certificate in Construction Project Management from Columbia University.

    Prior to co-founding SkyDome, David founded Dome Investments, a fully integrated real estate investment, development, and property management company. Dome Investments was involved in the rehabilitation and development of over 500+ urban Class A apartments.

    David excels at leading complex projects from concept to completion, consistently delivering top-quality results and ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Amanada Wallace

    Amanda Wallace, Vice President of Sales & Marketing

    Amanda has a hands-on approach as an operations, marketing, and sales leader known for deeply understanding the challenges and opportunities in a competitive market.  With an MBA from the University of Iowa and 18 years of experience, Amanda drives business growth through high-impact strategies.

    She has honed her skills in various roles at Anywhere Real Estate and at a prop-tech, Side, gaining invaluable experience in sales, marketing, and operations.

    Her experience spans all company sizes from start-ups to large corporations, leading highly functioning and empowered teams.

    Hardie Richardson, Vice President of Construction

    Hardie is a highly skilled and State Certified Commercial General/Building Contractor, with extensive experience across a broad range of states including Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nevada, North Carolina, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, and the US Virgin Islands. With a proven track record of successfully managing and executing large-scale construction projects, Hardie brings a deep understanding of local regulations and industry best practices to every job. Whether overseeing complex commercial builds or managing multifaceted construction operations, Hardie is committed to delivering quality, efficiency, and excellence in every project.

  • Dan Dykgraaf

    Dan Dykgraaf, Operating Partner

    Dan’s many years of experience in real estate and business equip him to provide the strategic direction and vision for SkyDome Construction that its clients need.

    Dan operates from offices in Holland, Michigan and Sarasota, Florida. Throughout his career, Dan has developed more than one billion dollars of real estate, including industrial, commercial, residential, car washes, resorts, and malls.

    In addition to his real estate background, Dan owns and manages several domestic and international businesses in industries ranging from logistics, transportation, restaurant, construction, hospitality, chemical manufacturing, food manufacturing, and industrial manufacturing.

  • Damian Maher, Chief Operating Officer

    Damian Maher is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at SkyDome, where he plays a key role in executive leadership. As COO, he oversees the company’s daily administrative and operational functions, ensuring smooth operations across all departments. Working closely with sales teams, clients, and field personnel, Damian leads the development and execution of strategies aimed at driving organizational growth, efficiency, and operational excellence.

  • Jennifer Emmons, Controller

    Jennifer has extensive experience in finance, with the last 12 years spent as a Director of Finance and Financial Controller in the Sarasota area. Before relocating to Florida, she ran an accounting business on Seattle's Eastside.

    Her work with a diverse clientele, including law firms, mortgage brokers, and real estate developers, has allowed her to develop a deep understanding of various business entities. She collaborates closely with business owners to provide them with a clear financial picture, enabling informed decision-making.

    Jennifer’s "big picture" approach to finance involves working closely with business owners and operational leaders to understand existing systems and business goals. She uses this insight to refine financial processes and procedures, maximizing cost reductions and promoting growth.
